Maris was feeling congested so we broke out the humidifier for only the second time since she was born. We're proud of that! :)

(We do not still have Christmas decorations out. I think M would throw a grade A temper tantrum if we upset her bedtime routine which include - turning on the fiber optic snowman while the snowman music box plays.)

A good friend from college is having a baby in April. I had fun at her shower today! She scored some great baby loot!!!

I (and by "I", I mean Johnny) took apart the Dyson today and cleaned it. The recommended cleaning schedule is every six months. I will not tell you how long we have owned it or how many times I have cleaned it. You can probably look at it and guess. I'm surprised the Dyson people didn't knock on my door the next day and repo the darn thing. It's beautiful and sparkly clean now.

We pulled out the toddler paints for the first time tonight. As you can see, Maris got it everywhere she could including, but not limited to the paper, the floor, her shirt, her arms, legs, fingers, and face.

It goes without saying she had fun!

I am officially a SAHM (Stay At Home Mom). Today I turned in my resignation to my old school district.
